Our senior management and accounting team members have extensive experience in a variety of financial products, as well as established relationships within the real estate lending community. Working in tandem with the business heads and our asset management personnel, we continually seek to optimize financing structures with the aim of enhancing our investment performance while de-risking the holding period of individual assets. Traditional Bank Debt Our capital markets team includes former bankers who have participated in numerous bank debt transactions. Relationships with regional, national and international lenders is critical to accomplishing financing in a difficult lending environment. Realterm Global has accomplished financing while the broader market has been relatively closed to new lending. Construction Debt Our acquisition and development staff works in coordination with our finance team to secure construction financing. With nearly $500mm of completed and pipeline projects in North America, and an additional $250mm of construction debt financing upcoming in India, our team has a wide ranging perspective on the optimal structure, terms and controls for project specific debt placement. Municipal Bond Debt The public-private nature of our on-airport real estate holdings allowed for municipal financing for the majority of these assets.  In coordination with the largest global investment banks and issuers of municipal debt, we structured the first ever tax-exempt cross-collateralized municipal bond pool for air cargo facilities. CMBS We will be positioned to leverage our industry contacts once this market returns. Our knowledge, experience and relationships with issuers and servicers will provide insight into work-out and distressed acquisition opportunities.
