This 25-person team is tasked with providing timely and accurate reporting for our investment partners. Realterm Global’s accounting group has international knowledge and capabilities as a fiduciary. Our adherence to strict operating controls ensures clarity and responsiveness during the life of an investment. Legal Realterm Global employs full-time, in-house legal counsel who have created a scalable legal infrastructure allowing us to grow while maintaining prudent diligence and administration. Our chief counsel has more than 20 years of legal practice and real estate investing experience, participating in every transaction undertaken by Realterm Global in the past decade. Leasing Leasing is generally performed with our dedicated, in-house leasing specialists that service our traditional assets as well as our industry specific investments. Our value-added approach was created to demonstrate our understanding of the users’ operations and to be as specific and responsive in addressing their space needs. We work closely with our tenants to determine the type and amount of space required, as well as aiding them with TI budgets and other fit-out requirements. Additionally, our extensive relationships with the brokerage community has been beneficial in expanding our rent roll and increasing occupancy. Our leasing staff professionals, combined with in-house counsel and construction management, sets a process that ensures quick execution and minimal delay in completing leasing agreements. Property Management Since 1991, the property management team has become a tremendous asset to Realterm Global and the performance its investments. The day-to-day control over property-level issues ensures properties are maintained to the highest standards. The on-the-ground team is tasked with developing strong tenant relationships, and creating a high level of tenant satisfaction, allowing us to retain our best tenants over the long run.
