Bastian van Halder

Based in Singapore, van Halder is responsible for spearheading Realterm’s expansion into Asia Pacific. Having started his career in 2015, van Halder has extensive experience in both fund management and corporate finance in both Europe and Asia Pacific. van Halder was previously in JLL’s Asia Pacific Corporate Finance team, and in PwC’s UK Corporate Finance and Standard Life Investments’ (now abrdn) Real Estate Segregated Funds teams before that. van Halder holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
